HGCA is a division of the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB), a statutory levy board, funded by farmers, growers and others in the supply chain and managed independently of both commercial industry and of Government. Its purpose is to make agriculture and horticulture industries more competitive and sustainable through factual, evidence-based advice, information and activity. In 2013 Poppyfish worked with HGCA to deliver a workshop allowing some of the regional teams to come together and share thoughts on the key areas of impact and future strategy.
“We were experiencing some changes to our work and had some new staff in our regional teams which meant that the workshop was the first time that some of our group had met face to face. Nick delivered a creative day that combined valuable exploration with some fun activities that allowed us to strengthen bonds and to consider some important business questions. It was time well spent and the feedback from all the team, both new and experienced, was excellent".
